Project Help is a lending hand There are people in our area whose circumstances are such that they’ll have to choose what bill they cannot afford to pay this month. CEMC is committed to helping these people pay their electric bills. Project Help is a voluntary program that allows members to pay an additional amount on their electric bill each month to help pay utility bills of those who really need the assistance.
